I have patronized the Service Department at Cadillac of South Charlotte for many years, and it is in recent years that I have benefitted from the support and insight of Service Advisor Ryan Angelo. Whether my vehicle needs routine service or is in need of repair for a particular issue, Ryan, the mechanics, and other support members of the team, work collaboratively to address any concern.

Ryan greets customers with a warm welcome and begins the initial diagnostic process. He is always intentional to accurately collect vehicle data and any observations I might have regarding the issues to be addressed. Ryan and the team can be relied upon to provide thorough explanation of the vehicle's condition, the recommended and necessary short-term or long-term repairs, and the detailed estimate of fees for service(s). My wife and I have purchased and/or leased several vehicles over the past 13 years from this dealership. During this timeframe, we have had interactions with many service technicians.

I wanted to reach out to you all to express my appreciation for the amazing service that your dealership continues to deliver, year after year. I am in real estate, and put a lot of miles on my vehicles and was a mechanic for many years in my late teens through my college years, so I know my way around a shop and in dealing with vehicle issues.

I have an older Cadillac SRX that I inherited from my Mom when she passed away in 2017, and my two girls told me that I can never sell Nana's car. It was her dream vehicle that my Dad bought for her in 2013, and when I got it in 2017, it only had 15,000 miles on it because she hardly drove. Now I am proud to report that it is pushing 231,000 miles and counting, with my oldest daughter driving it daily. We recently had it in the service center for a tune up, brakes, tires, and a few other things and there was an incident where a piece of carbon fell into the motor. Instead of trying to cover it up, or blame it on the high mileage like I feel some other mechanics might have done, Justin called me right away, was completely transparent, and the dealership took ownership of the issue. They spent a week and a half taking apart the motor to get to it, and in the process discovered some other issues that needed to be immediately addressed that I was not financially prepared to take care of at the moment. They ended up only charging me for the cost of those parts, and even reimbursed me for a rental that I had to get because they were out of loaner vehicles. I was blown away by their grace and commitment to customer service with this incident, and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

We had bought a 2019 GMC Yukon Denali for my significant other to drive back in 2021, and had a service contract with GMC for the first couple of years, so we were taking it to an unnamed local GMC dealership for everything. We recently had an issue with the battery, and had replaced it twice in 4 years when it went dead again. The GMC dealership gave my partner a hard time and wanted to charge her a $197 diagnostic fee just to figure out what was going on and talked down to her about covering it under warranty since the 3 year mark had just passed. I told her that we would never go back there again, and took it to Justin. Not only did Cadillac quickly figure out the issue, but they helped her with a loaner while it was in the shop, fixed the issue for good, then they advised us of many other things that we needed to have taken care of that the other dealership glossed over. Again, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. This dealership and their service continues to exceed expectations, and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone I know.
